When you bring your computer in to us, we will run our
comprehensive diagnostics to pinpoint the problem. We will then give you
an estimate for the repair. We will give you a fair and honest
evaluation and optional solutions. We specialize in system repairs, and
can provide economical repairs using either new or used components.
If you choose not to have it repaired there will be a small $30 diagnostic
fee. |

Sometimes all you need is to simply upgrade your existing
system. We perform many system upgrades on a regular basis,
and stay current on all the latest technologies. |

If you need a new system, we build it to your
specifications from high quality components. We provide parts and
labor warranty on all new systems. |

Our in-shop rates are as follows: |
- $30.00 flat rate for simple installations
- $60.00 flat rate for larger jobs
- $60.00 per hour for bench service
|

Sometimes it is not feasible or possible to bring your hardware
in for shop service, or you may have an on-site service or maintenance
contract with us. In that case, we come to you at your
convenience. Whether it is an emergency situation or routine
service, we do our utmost to give the best service with as little
disruption as possible to your everyday business activities. Some

Our field service rates are as follows: |
$80.00 minimum for a service call - covers up to 1 hour. After the first
hour,
field service is billed at $80.00 per hour in 30 min. increments; (30
min. = $40.00)
Field service rate covers labor only. Any needed parts are extra.

We also do hardware and field service contracts for our business
customers.
Hardware service contract covers equipment breakdowns.
Blocks of field service time can be purchased at a discounted rate.
